La Pinotteria è un'idea nata nel 2008 dalla voglia di creare accessori ridando nuova vita a materiali di uso comune come carta e plastica, un percorso di upcycling che mi ha dato la possibilità di crescere e di realizzare diverse linee di accessori.
Qualsiasi carta stampata, foglio, biglietto di concerto o locandina può diventare una mia creazione. La carta viene tagliata e in seguito plastificata a freddo mediante una vecchia e fedele macchina da cucire che accompagna la mia famiglia da generazioni. Con questo metodo la carta all'interno è semilibera e quindi ha meno possibilità di rompersi o tagliarsi come farebbe ad esempio se fosse plastificata a caldo.
Ogni pezzo è realizzato a mano e con diversi supporti cartacei, quindi unico e originale, come le imperfezioni dovute all'invecchiamento della carta, che fanno sì che ogni creazione invecchi insieme al proprietario.
Io sono Anna, mamma e artigiana, con una laurea in ambito umanistico che mi ha fatto tornare la voglia di usare le mani per creare accessori inusuali.

ABOUT ME
The Pinotteria is an idea, born in 2008, from the inspiration to create accessories recycled from common materials, such as paper and plastic. It has been an experience of upcycling by which I have had the opportunity to develop my professional growth by the creation of many accessories lines.
Any printed paper, sheet, concert ticket or poster can characterize one of my products. The paper is firstly cut and later plastic coated with an old and faithful sewing machine, which has been passed on from my family, generation after generation. Thanks to this method, the paper is not fixed so it can slide, thus it is less likely to be damaged, as probably would happen if it were hot laminated. Each piece is a handmade creation, created using various paper supports and, this is why it is unique and original, thanks also to the imperfections produced by the aging paper effect. The product get older together with its owner, as time goes by.
My name is Anna, I am a mom and a artisan. The humanistic studies at the University, at the Faculty of Conservations of Cultural Heritage and restoration of paper documents and books, inspired me to create handmade products.
I live and work in Trento and I travel to the North of Italy, in order to promote my products at the “Handmade markets”.
